Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1/2 (15-ounce) can black beans
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1 tablespoon chile powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Drain the can of beans, rinse, and then crush half of the beans into a paste using a potato masher or fork. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, beans, tortilla chips, chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use your hands to form the mixture into 4 giant patties. Cook 7 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 170 *F.
